Policies and Refunds
Payment Policy
Payment is to be received within 14 calendar days of purchase.
If your order has been placed
using the shopping cart, please advise me when you have received your invoice.
One-of-a-kind products are placed "On Hold" when an order is received. I
can hold ordered items for 14 days if shipping and payment arrangements are
confirmed within 4 calendar days of purchase.
Email Communication
I am sometimes unable to contact customers after they have placed an order. This
can happen for a variety of reasons, including expired email accounts and spam
blocking. I do not always receive a failed delivery notice, so I may be
unaware that you have not received your invoice.
If you are using a workplace email
account, please be sure that I can contact you using it. If you have not heard
from me within 24 hours of placing your order, you may need to use an alternate
email account.
NOTE: If your email system
restricts incoming emails to a list of pre-approved senders, please ensure that
I am on that list before placing an order. For safety reasons, I do not follow
links leading to approval forms. My address is

If I cannot contact you, I will
be unable to process your order.
Returns:
- Most of my items are used.
I am always happy to send more information or pictures if you wish.
- Please contact me
first if you need to return any items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
All items must be in unused condition.
Insured Orders:

Canada Post provides insurance automatically up to $100.00 Canadian on parcels
shipped to the U.S. and Canada. There is an additional charge for insurance on
international parcels. Letter mail is not insured. All claims must be received
within 30 days of our shipment notification.
Delivery Times:
All
times quoted are based on Canada Post estimates.
There is always the possibility of a
customs delay.
There are no tracking numbers for
small packets.
- Orders are normally
shipped within 48 hours and most are processed immediately.
- Within Canada - from
3 - 14 working days depending on your location

To the USA - approximately 5 working days for airmail and 10 working days for
surface mail.

International Air - approximately 10 working days for airmail and up to 6
weeks or more for surface mail. Surface mail goes by boat so shipping
depends on boat schedules.

I pack in re-cycled boxes to do my bit to save the environment and keep your handling costs low.

I do not sell mailing lists, or offer your personal information to anybody.
